Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning plus more to sprinkle over top
  • kosher salt pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • Optional: extra lemon wedges to squeeze over top

Method
 

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and put them in a large bowl. Add the melted butter or olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly combined.
  2. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle more Italian seasoning over top.
  3. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over top if desired.
