Ingredients
Method
- Prep the Potatoes - the sweet potatoes into ¼-inch-thick slices, making sure they are all uniform in size for even cooking.
- Drizzle Oil - Add the fries to a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to combine.
- Season - In a separate dish, combine the salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss to combine.
- Air Fry - Transfer the fries to an air fryer basket and cook in a basket-style air fryer at 375°F for about 12-14 minutes or a toaster-style air fryer at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway. Air fry until golden brown and crisp on the outside. Timing may vary depending on the air fryer style you have.
- Serve - Garnish with cilantro or grated parmesan if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
